Which book is the best when it comes to preparing for Oracle 9i certification for SQL and PLSQL ?

I have intended to write the certification exams for Oracle 9i SQL and PLSQL. (1Z0-001). Can you please suggest which book is best to follow to prepare for the exam once a month. I welcome any quick response. . Thank you.

The Oracle Press guide for the exam. Other wise the O’Reilly PL/SQL book might be helpful if you follow the exam guidelines and use a practice exam to test your knowledge.
